“THE ENFORCERS”
Matthew 16:13-19 13 When Jesus came into the region of Caesarea Philippi, He asked His disciples, saying, “Who do men say that I, the Son of Man, am?” 14 So they said, “Some say John the Baptist, some Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” 15 He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” 16 Simon Peter answered and said, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” 17 Jesus answered and said to him, “Blessed are you, Simon BarJonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. 18 And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock, I will build My church (ekklesia), and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

Genesis 1:26 26 Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 1. Transfer to Satan.
Luke 4:5-7 5 Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. 6 And the devil said to Him, “All this authority I will give you, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. 7 therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours.”

Colossians 2:15 15 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

31 And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked to you, that he may sift you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to me, strengthen your brethren.
III. 5 KEYS TO ENFORCING JESUS’ VICTORY IN OUR LIVES 1. Faith Ephesians 6:16 16 and above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
  Luke 18:1-8
Then He spoke a parable to them that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, 2 saying: “There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. 3 Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, ‘Get justice for me from my adversary.’ 4 And he would not for a while; but afterward he said to himself, ‘Though I do not fear God nor regard man, 5 yet because this widow troubles me I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me.’ ” 6 Then the Lord said, “Hear what the unjust judge said. 7 And shall God not avenge His own elect who cry out day and night to Him, though He bears long with them? 8 I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
Cast not away Your Confidence which has great recompense of reward
2. The Word Ephesians 6:11, 17 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil… 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand…17and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
3.  Praise Psalm 149  1 Praise the LORD! Sing to the LORD a new song, And His praise in the assembly of saints. 2 Let Israel rejoice in their Maker; Let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. 3Let them praise His name with the dance; Let them sing praises to Him with the timbrel and harp. 4 For the LORD takes pleasure in His people; He will beautify the humble with salvation. 5 Let the saints are joyful in glory; Let them sing aloud on their beds. 6 Let the high

praises of God be in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand, 7 To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples; 8 To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute on them the written judgment—This honor have all His saints. Praise the LORD!
4. Verbal Commands Matthew 8:28-32 28 When He had come to the other side, to the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him, two demon-possessed men, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that no one could pass that way. 29 And suddenly they cried out, saying, “What have we to do with You, Jesus, You Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?” 30 Now a good way off from them there was a herd of many swine feeding. 31 So the demons begged Him, saying, “If You cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of swine.” 32 And He said to them, “Go.” So when they had come out, they went into the herd of swine. And suddenly the whole herd of swine ran violently down the steep place into the sea and perished in the water.
5. Humility James 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God, resist the devil and he shall flee.
