“Casting Out”

2.      EAST GATE
a.       Glory of God
Ezekiel 43:1
Afterward, he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east: And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory.

b.      Herod’s Temple the East Gate was the Beautiful Gate
In Herod’s temple, the great east gate was the “Beautiful Gate” where Peter healed the lame man in Acts 3:1–10.

c.       Gate Messiah will come through
Ezekiel 44:1-3
Then He brought me back to the outer gate of the sanctuary which faces toward the east, but it was shut. And the Lord said to me, “This gate shall be shut; it shall not be opened, and no man shall enter by it, because the Lord God of Israel has entered by it; therefore it shall be shut. As for the prince, because he is the prince, he may sit in it to eat bread before the Lord; he shall enter by way of the vestibule of the gateway, and go out the same way.”

VI.              WHAT CAN I DO?
1.      Pray – 4 Real!
2.      Adjust!
3.      Serve
4.      Sow
Proverbs 11:24-25
24 There is one who scatters, yet increases more; and there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty. 25 The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

2 Corinthians 9:6-10
But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. As it is written: “He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever.”10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness
